• Wheelchair access is available on boats departing from West Dock, with ramp access to the upper deck for manual wheelchairs. Electric and battery-powered wheelchairs cannot be accommodated on board.
• All vessels are equipped with ADA-compliant restrooms. Select vessels also feature an elevator connecting the upper and lower decks, where the bar and restrooms are located.
• Accessibility varies by departure dock and vessel. The Michigan Avenue Dock is not accessible from street level by elevator and requires guests to descend 62 steps.
